The Terrace Hotel uncorks new wine of Emporda, in a symposium held Saturday at the Mas d'en Coll, of Roses

The Hotel Terraza has started the first of the activities from the gastronomic season of autumn-winter with the day dedicated to the new wine held last Saturday at Mas d'en Coll, in Roses.
The day began with a morning visit to the new oenological center Mas d'en Coll, from Celler Espelt, followed by the opening of the new wine barrels, which all participants have tasted. Xavier Cepero, CEO of Espelt, and Salvador Garcia-Arbós, curator of the day, were responsible to explaining the participants all details of this new wine and the tradition that goes with it ("By San Martin kill the pig and uncorks the wine ").

The day ended with a lunch at the Hotel Terraza, but before attendees even had time to visit the vineyards that Celler Espelt has in the town of Roses, in particular at Mas Marés.
